A little About Me

I am currently majoring in Creative Writing with a concentration in Screenwriting and a minor in Art History and Psychology. I might be young, but within my short years, I have packed a lot in. I’ve had the opportunity to live all over the country, from California to Florida and everywhere in between. Because of my adventures along the way, I’ve seen breathtaking sights and have grown a vibrant passion for exploring and travel. My dad is in the hotel industry, and my mom runs nonprofit organizations; thus, I’ve grown up observing board meetings and business deals, which has given me both a love for entrepreneurship and a longing for philanthropy. 

At a young age, I was diagnosed with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, the perfect triangle of learning disabilities. Being dyslexic hasn’t exactly made life easier; however, I believe it’s my greatest gift. Dyslexia forces me to think outside the box and observe the world through a big-picture lens; it has given me incredible problem-solving skills and a creative edge, making me the resilient and determined person I am today. So that’s me; I’m a forever-traveling dyslexic writer and artist on a mission to do good, create wildly, and live passionately.
